It’s
difficult to comprehend the deep seated fraud that surrounds us, especially
where illegal immigration is concerned. Learning more about it and the
collusion that springs from both political parties, is significantly heavily
disguised by the Liberal press and other media. Searching the Internet can be
difficult, but by turning to "American Patrol" website, the truth and
lies are separated in reports, articles and commentary from reliable
sources. You will not find extremist University Professors relaying to us, that
the economy will grow if we coddle those who broke our sovereign laws. The
first real mass amnesty as the 1986 bill was one downright lie, with not just
those who are already here, but the millions who will come
under the policy of FAMILY UNIFICATION or known more legally as Chain
migration. That too became an uncontrollable issue, as eventually we had
to support the older family members, as their original sponsors usually failed
their obligation.
BEFORE ARIZONA”S LAW IS INTERPRETED AS
UNCONSTITUTIONAL OR CONSTITUTIONAL, WE MUST HASTEN PASSAGE OF “THE LEGAL
WORKFORCE BILL”KNOWN ALSO AS E-VERIFY AND ADDITIONALLY APPLY AN AMENDMENT TO
BIRTHRIGHT CITIZENSHIP BILL ALSO. THIS WARNING IS TO ALL PATRIOTIC AMERICANS,
AS WE WILL REGRET IT IN THE FUTURE, IF WE ALLOW BOTH LAWS TO CRAWL ALONG AND
REMAIN IN LIMBO. THERE IS VERY LITTLE TRUST IN OUR JUDICIAL SYSTEM ANYMORE AND
THE CONSEQUENCES COULD BE DEVASTATING TO EVERY TAXPAYER. FIRST—IF ANY STATE

JUDGEMENT THAT WAS RENDERED ON ARIZONA THIS
WEEK WAS AN “OBAMA APPOINTEE” AND WAS SURELY INFLUENCED BY THE LIBERAL
AGENDA. THE OUTCOME WILL ATTRACT
MILLIONS OF MORE CRIMINALS AND DESTITUTE PEOPLE FROM ACROSS THE WORLD. ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION WILL FURTHER BANKRUPT OUR
HOSPITALS, CLOG OUR SCHOOL SYSTEM WITH CHILDREN UNABLE TO COMPREHEND THE
ENGLISH LANGUAGE AND CRAMMING EVEN MORE ALIEN CRIMINALS IN PRISON CELLS AND
WILL CRIPPLE OUR WELFARE SAFETY NET FOR OUR
OLD AND SICK. ANOTHER AMNESTY WILL BE CATASTROPHIC AND THE COST TO TAXPAYERS OF
$2.6 TRILLION DOLLARS WILL NEVER HEAL AS ACCORDING TO ANALYST ROBERT RECTOR OF
THE HERITAGE FOUNDATION.
Sovereignty-minded
are up against heavy odds at every turn, as neither party wants to sever their
lucrative ties to discount labor for the Democrats—legal or illegal voting. If
you haven’t already heard already, the Democrats are trying to force a vote, so
no voter—non-citizen has to show any proof, who they really are. Anybody with
access to a printer can produce a utility bill or some other authentic looking
documents to register or even vote. The days of trust and peoples integrity has
passed, so we must have some kind of official picture ID, such as a driver’s
license? For the record some idiots we
have in local government, namely Massachusetts Mayor John DeStefano has
broadcasted that he wants to allow illegal aliens the right to vote in
municipal elections? Dear God! Wants next, to become a politician within that
state of Massachusetts? Hopefully the
voters in New Haven will throw him out, when he comes up for re-election. But a
word of Warning, illegal aliens will violate the law in local, state of even
the general election. There should be
the retribution for all elected officials who try to undermine citizen’s
rights. They are all supposedly all Public Servants and that includes the
President? Much of this far reaching nonsense has come about from the
ultra-lefts political correctness doctrine that has caused a major segregate in
the US population.
One foul little secret the government
doesn’t inform us about, is that thousands of Americans annually sharing their
Identities with migrants and immigrants and a large portion of individuals are
unaware of it. Because of the downright and possible intentional failure to
build the real fence and track international passengers the government is
encouraging millions more to come here. The Obama administration also rescinded
the ‘NO MATCH LETTER’ that demonstrates to citizens and legal immigrants that a
law that should be enforced is just dormant. Those foreign nationals who pay
taxes are using either stolen or have composed their own number. The Social Security Administration, reports the
‘No Match Letter’ situation and all the employment credits accumulated is held
in a vacuum called the ‘Earnings Suspense.’ File. There have been no real
studies of who is using the Wrong numbers. Thousands of Americans have fallen
into this trap including myself that these SSA mismatches are foreign nationals
who have arrived here illegally or overstayed their tourist visa and have now
settled here.
ID Theft is big business--that is racking
up dollars for criminal enterprises. I personally didn’t realize my situation,
until it came to my attention that three unknown people were working on my
number. My observation was somebody had been hired and was working for a
Security firm in Houston, TX. I immediately contacted the SSA and was told that
they would deal with it. Luckily, no illegal transactions had taken place, but
not for the uncounted amounts of average Americans. The SSA does not inform you if somebody is
using your SS number, so innocent victims have no idea they are sharing their
identity with illegal aliens. This abuse is not even revealed by the 3 credit
bureaus, even if the unknown person uses your personal number to get a credit
card, mortgage or auto loan. The credit bureaus only use this information
automatically to create a new credit file and never alert you to the fact. The
ID sufferers remain unacquainted until something is found erroneous, then you are
alerted to unpaid bills or the phone starts ringing off the hook from debt
collectors. Trying to identify the culprit or producing an explanations for the
bank or other creditors is very humiliating and no assistance from the
government who caused this problem in the first place. Years of impervious
administrations have allowed this problem to drag on, effecting American lives
and their access to credit. Of course now there is another billion dollar
industry springing up to safeguard our personal SS numbers, which would never
surprise me if certain politicians have an investment in this relatively new
industry.
Americans need a official resident ID card
to not only to prove who you are, but to vote, to apply for public
entitlements, a drivers license, insurance as ID theft is just getting worse?
The Democrats, Liberals or the Republicans see any necessity to stop this
corruption. The Social Security number is now an unsafe identifier and has been
compromised? The Democrats-Liberals and its associated media downplay illegal
aliens voting in our elections, but voter fraud is becoming more dominant as
was seen in the midterm elections. For the earmark money spent by Congress on
some nonsensical programs, every citizens and green card holder could be issued
with a permanent ID card. I only found out that some person/persons were using
my SS number, when I went to refinance my Jeep. Without access to my credit
report, I would have never known.
It seems to me only the break-away Tea
PARTY resembles the party of the American People. They will merge the giant
government we are paying for now, reducing it to the outlines of the U.S.
Constitution. The TEA PARTY will throw out of office radical career lawmakers,
replacing them with physical Conservatives as seen amongst the Republican
Party. The TEA PARTY will replace the antediluvian tax code, with a fair
substitute and with no more special privileges for wealthy corporations,
non-profits and other subsidies that will be reined- in? Many of the oversized agencies of the
government will be amalgamated and others returned to state influence. Through
new laws such as E-Verify, ‘The Legal Workforce Act’ (H.R.2885.) This will
insure illegal workers can no longer be hired by reticent employers. Those
business owners, who break the law, could find themselves on the way to prison.
The Birthright Citizenship Act of 2011 would require Congress to clarify the meaning of
the 14th Amendment and thereby ending the practice of automatically granting
U.S. citizenship to all U.S.-born children of illegal aliens. Unlike what the Left says it doesn’t need
a Constitutional amendment. Lacking an amendment the US taxpayers are the
recipients of the law, which allows an estimated 340.000 babies to become
instant citizens annually adding to the growing deficit, to support these
children and the Mother and the rest of the illegally settled populace; thus
obtaining $113 billion dollars a year in taxpayer’s money. According to a Rasmussen Poll, a 65 % majority of the American voters
oppose birthright citizenship unless one parent is a citizen? Many
illegal nationals are using the lure of “birthright citizenship law,” (also
known as “anchor babies”) to avoid U.S. immigration laws and gain permanent
residency, if not citizenship. This is a misconception of the 14th Amendment to
the U.S. Constitution that grants U.S. citizenship on those born on American
soil, including children of illegal migrants and immigrants. Illegal immigrants
are very much aware of the odds, estimated as low that ICE authorities will
deport them, if they have a children who are an American citizens (and who as a
windfall qualifies for taxpayer-funded welfare benefits). A
few months ago the IRS revealed that illegal alien families received a rebate
of $4.2 Billion dollars, applying fraudulent applications in child rebates with
the bulk of illegal families not even having paid any taxes.
In 1986
President Reagan granted amnesty to what he thought at the time was only 3
million illegal aliens. Deplorably, there was widespread document fraud and the
number of illegal aliens seeking amnesty far exceeded expectations in the end. Afterwards this passionate law, there was no
political will to enforce the law against business owners. The 1986 IRCA amnesty
dismally failed and in point of fact led to millions of more people entering
the United States illegally. Since then there have been underhandedly seven
small amnesties, not relayed to the public.
Today, over
1 million immigrants enter our country legally per year, while the illegal
alien population grows by about 500,000 per year that are not apprehended. The
border region still remains an anomaly, as Democrats as Homeland Security
Secretary Janet Napolitano declare ‘that it’s more secure”. Tell that to the
ranchers and land owners along the Southern border. Sometime soon there is
going to be a mass carnage on the border, and then only the Democrats will bear
the blame? More than ever before we need
a military presence as the drug Cartels have moved their elicit business
ventures within our nation. The original strength of the fence has been
weakened, and no more is it more observable in Arizona. Hundreds of miles
remain open to drug criminals and terrorists that is in its self a National
Security threat.
However, these United States does and always has
welcomed—LEGAL IMMIGRANTS—and always will. The 50 states also welcome highly
skilled workers who are educated in the Sciences, Engineering and technology.
These Immigrants will never end up in the welfare lines and taking taxpayer
dollars. Nobody has ever communicated that outstanding professionally people,
who would be beneficial to America’s businesses not be allowed to immigrate
here; we just need an expedited procedure?
Nevertheless this country must restrain the poverty from other
countries, as we cannot even look after our own people who have insufficient
food and thousands who remain homeless.
Since the public visibility of Arizona fighting to sustain
its own legal residents with welfare and subsidiary programs, it has been
verbally attacked by the Obama administration and the radical open border
special interests. Not stopping there the heavy infiltrated leftist groups in
the Dept of IN-Justice has also assaulted the States of Alabama, Georgia, Utah,
Indiana and South Carolina to intimidate them into rescinding policing policies
by the force of the courts. Not satisfied with the harassment on the
sovereignty of these different States, they have now trying to enfeeble highly
regarded citizens as Maricopa Sheriff Joe Arpiao, Arizona Governor Jan Brewer,
Former Congressman Tom Tancredo or anybody that does not conform to their
assessment of the immigration laws. None of these policing policies would have
been relevant if the US Government had enforced the immigration laws of 1986
and 1974. These are some complicit in America’s downfall is Dept of Justice
Eric Holder, who has instituted harsh measures against states trying to
financially survive the illegal alien invaders. Minority Speaker Nancy Pelosi
who is a typical Liberal hypocrite, who denounces different states on
immigration, but is, reported to have grape plantations in Central California
and hiring illegal workers; then again we cannot expect more from her, when she
used military aircraft to ferry her whole family on vocational trips. Then she
has also been caught out on insider trading, where you and I would go to
prison. Then we have Senile Senator Harry Reid of Nevada, a haven for a large
population of illegal alien. Reid has used his power--time and time again--to
table E-Verify that would reduce the millions of illegal aliens in the
workplace, giving low income, blue collar legal occupations a chance to fill
jobs, which they have a right to have. Go to companies caught using illegal
labor by ICE agents and very shortly, once the word hits the streets of the
foreigners fleeing or being caught, the lines of lawful labor is waiting to be
employed.

unenthusiastic politician must be harassed, so this bill that only needs 28
more sponsors can be read and placed in the House for voting upon. Tell them
you want them to vote for Lamar Smith's sponsorship of ‘The Legal Workforce Act’, this will ensure
that illegal immigrants cannot be hired anymore, amid ruthless punishment for
business that continue to mock this newly revised mandatory law. Start calling
Congress because it might be your job on the line, as an estimated 8 million
unauthorized workers are filling jobs right now. African Americans are having a
terrible time locating good jobs, with national unemployment hovering around 9
percent and black males unemployment surging to a staggering 17.6 percent,
followed closely by legal Hispanics at around 13.1%.
Only
NumbersUSA has the truth on illegal immigration and the corruption that is
Washington. In itself Washington has made it relatively easy to enter America,
as being in America is just a civil offense. But foreign national cannot
survive without fraudulent documentation. Illegal immigrants are not
“undocumented.” They must use fraudulent documents such as counterfeit Social
Security cards, forged drivers licenses, fake “green cards,” and phony birth
certificates. Experts advise that approximately 75 % of working-age illegal
aliens use fraudulent Social Security cards to obtain employment, which is

According to data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics, only 200,000
total jobs have been added to our economy over the past 12 months. Yet, the
federal government imported another 1 million new foreign workers, while
Congress stood by and did nothing. As 2011 comes to an end, it's another year
that the feds have turned their backs on unemployed Americans by not making
immigration a jobs issue.
ATTN: Keep
pressing for the Keystone Pipeline, with less reliant on foreign countries that
